Material Notes: KANTHAL 145 R 19 is a thermostatic bimetal which is recommended for use in the temperature range -20 to +250 °C.In extreme cases it can be used at temperatures up to a maximum of +400 °C.

Typical applications for KANTHAL 145 R 19 are in circuit breakers, motor protection units, ammeters etc.

Low-expansive component: Invar 145 Alloy (430 Designation, 46% of thickness)
