Hifax polypropylene resins based on the Catalloy process from LyondellBasell are used by customers in applications such as building and construction (e.g., single-ply roofing), industrial applications (e.g., wire and cable) and also automotive industries through both our resins and our well-known Hifax polypropylene compounds. Hifax is proven to provide customers with good processability, excellent impact resistance, a broad range of stiffness from very soft to rigid products, high temperature resistance and low linear coefficient of thermal expansion. Hifax TYC735 X BLK high melt flow, 1,150 MPa flexural modulus, paintable, mineral-filled thermoplastic elastomeric olefin (TEO) has an excellent combination of properties and processability. It is typically used for multiple automotive exterior applications. Applications: Automotive Parts, Bumpers, Exterior Automotive Applications |
