Material Notes: Radel® R-5500 is a general purpose extrusion grade of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering exceptional hydrolytic stability and better toughness than most commercially available high-temperature polymers. This resin has a high heat deflection temperature, excellent thermal stability, outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking, good electrical properties and inherent flame retardant properties. Transparent and opaque colors are available.
