Phillips 66 76® Lubricants Triton® 7010 GEO SAE Grade 40  (discontinued **)
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant

Material Notes: 76® Triton 7010 GEO is a high-quality, mid-ash, dispersant detergent gas engine oil designed for use in naturally aspirated and moderately to highly turbocharged 4-stroke cycle natural gas engines. It is especially recommended for use in natural gas engines and dual-fuel engines burning sour gas or landfill gas. Triton 7010 GEO is formulated to provide excellent resistance to oxidation and nitration, protect against piston scuffing and wear, and minimize the formation of sludge and piston deposits for good engine cleanliness. It has a high alkaline reserve (TBN) to combat the corrosive effects of raw hydrogen sulfide as well as the acidic combustion by-products formed when burning sour gas or landfill gas.

Applications:

  • 4-stroke cycle gas and dual-fuel engines burning sour gas or landfill gas
  • 4-stroke cycle natural gas engines where the manufacturer specifies a mid-ash gas engine oil
