Material Notes: Alathon M6010SB is a medium molecular weight high density polyethylene homopolymer for use in blown film applications. Typical applications include those with low WVTR requirements.

Regulatory Status: M6010SB meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520. This regulation allows for, among other things, the use of this olefin polymer in "...articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Certain limitations or conditions of use may apply. Contact your Equistar sales representative for more information.

Certain recommendations for processing M6010SB can only be made when the processing conditions, equipment and end use are provided; however, Equistar recommends that samples be produced and that users conduct their own testing in order to make their own independent determination that M6010SB is suitable and safe for their intended use and applications.
