Nylene® 734 Nylon 6
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 6 (PA6); Nylon 6, Heat Stabilized

Material Notes: Dry as molded. Injection molding grade. Nylene 734 is the heat stabilized version of 733 which is a high impact modified nylon suitable for both molding and extrusion. In addition to heat stabilization to prevent thermal degradation, parts molded from 734 have excellent impact strength right out of the mold without post conditioning. Outstanding features of Nylene 734 include high stiffness and high strength. Cylinder temperatures should be in the 500 - 550ºF range.

ALM, Nylene Canada, and Custom Resins are all operting companies of Polymeric Resources Corporation.
