Application: REWOCOROS® AC 100 US is used as a corrosion inhibitor and co-emulsifier for water based metal working fluids (MWF). Manufacturer recommends the use of REWOCOROS® AC 100 US for semi-synthetic MWF in combination with non-ionic emulsifiers and boric acid-amine-blends. This will result in clean MWF and systems that are highly biostable. Furthermore, REWOCOROS® AC 100 US can be used to formulate soluble MWF along with sodium sulfonates. To solubilize REWOCOROS® AC 100 US in mineral oils, we recommend the use of low ethoxylated C16/C18 fatty alcohols for paraffinic oils and higher ethoxylated C16/C18 fatty alcohols for napthenic oils.

• REWOCOROS® AC 100 US is a clear liquid product and conduces easy blending processes.
• REWOCOROS® AC 100 US is 90 % readily bio-degradable (total degradation according to OECD 301D).
