Application: REWOCOROS® AC 101 is used as a corrosion inhibitor and co-emulsifier for water based metal working fluids (MWF). Manufacturer recommends REWOCOROS® AC 101 for semi-synthetic MWF in combination with non-ionic emulsifiers and boric acid-amine-blends. This will result in clean MWF and systems that are highly biostable. Furthermore, REWOCOROS® AC 101 can be used to formulate soluble MWF along with sodium sulfonates. To solubilize REWOCOROS® AC 101 in mineral oils, we recommend the use of low ethoxylated C16/C18 fatty alcohols for paraffinic oils and higher ethoxylated C16/C18 fatty alcohols for naphthenic oils.

• Furthermore, it is free of secondary amines. It complies with German TRGS 611.
• REWOCOROS® AC 101 is a clear liquid product that conduces easy blending processes.
• REWOCOROS® AC 101 is 90 % readily bio-degradable (total degradation according to OECD 301 D).
