| Aliphatic anionic polyester polyurethane dispersion. As a combination binder in the formulation of highly flexible, water-thinnable, air- and force-drying primers and one-coat finishes for use on plastics. Properties / Applications: Bayhydrol® UH 240 can be used in combination with hydrofunctional resins, preferably Bayhydrol® U XP 2698, Bayhydrol® U 2757 and Bayhydrol® U 355 either Bayhydrol® U 475, in the formulation of highly flexible two-component polyurethane top coats (e.g. in soft-feel coating systems). After crosslinking with, e.g. Bayhydur® 3100 force-drying (e.g. 30 - 45 min at 80 °C) yields films with good surface handle and good resistance to abrasion and water.
