Pre-expansion

The unique design of polystyrene chains and additive chemistry in the Jackocell® R411 gives pre-expanded beads of high dimensional stability. The R411 represents the smallest EPS beads in the Jackocell® EPS grade selection.

Shape Moulding

The unique design of polystyrene chains in combination with small beads and narrow bead size distribution adds numerous advantages to Jackocell® R411 in shape moulding. Fast moulding cycles, good fusion and h eat resistance - and easy to reach good surface. The additional broad moulding window further reduces waste material and maintains high quality to the extent that it can be recognized long term on productivity and financial earnings.
