Material Notes: Addocat 5073 is a heat latent catalyst for polyurethane mixtures based polyol and isocyanates (MDI). The mixtures are used as adhesives for Baynat with other materials. A processing temperature of approx. 60 °C is re-commended so as to activate the catalyst in the adhesive layer and in order to achieve proper adhesion / bonding. As Addocat 5073 hardly shows any discoloration effects neither in respect of PVC or other plastics, its use may be recommended for systems for PUR carpet backings as well as PVC back foaming.

Function: Heat latent catalyst for polyurethane adhesive mixtures, catalyst for PUR carpet backings and PVC back foaming.
