Material Notes:	Description: CONSIL-A is a silicone or fluorosilicone elastomer filled with silver-plated aluminum particles designed to achieve maximum electrical conductivity. CONSIL-A provides high shielding effectiveness with minimal galvanic corrosion. Lighter in weight than other high performance conductive elastomers, CONSIL-A provides an excellent moisture seal for enclosure joints and seams. Typical Applications: The MILG-83528 certified compounds meet the demanding requirements of many military and aerospace systems, high frequency microwave environments and wave guide connector gaskets. EMP and TEMPEST requirements are ideal applications for CONSIL-A. Information provided by Chomerics
