Material Notes:	One-component, acid-curing, silicone sealant, especially suitable for diluting with hydrocarbon gels. WACKER® MASTERBATCH AC cures at room temperature under the action of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber. Special features: non-sag high modulus ready gunnability at low (+ 5 °C) and high (+ 40 °C) temperatures flexible at low (- 40 °C) and high temperatures (+ 100 °C) excellent tooling properties good dilutable with hydrocarbon gels available only transparent non-fungicide Application: sealing and bonding for various applications indoor and outdoor preparation of one-component, acid-curing, silicone sealants with higher hydrocarbon by diluting with hydrocarbon gels WACKER® MASTERBATCH AC is dilutable with hydrocarbon gels. The typical range of addition of gels to 100 parts of WACKER® MASTERBATCH AC is from 20 - 40 parts by weight of extender gel depending on the desired product properties. The best results are achieved with an online static mixer and addition of the gel during packaging. Depending on the type and amount of the used hydrocarbon gel product properties as mechanical properties, paste properties, low temperature stability, storage stability, weight loss, shrinkage, adhesion will be affected.
