Material Notes: Pyrorock 100 is a refractory material used as a thermal transfer media in deck-type cooking ovens. Using our patented IsomagĀ® process, mineral materials are combined with an inorganic binder. This unique formulation gives Pyrorock 100 durability, outstanding thermal transfer properties, excellent strength and thermal shock resistance. All this adds up to higher cooking productivity. Pyrorock is totally free of asbestos and free-silica and is easily cut to finished dimensions.
