Chevron HDAX 50/50 Coolant is a mixture of ethylene glycol, deionized water and a highly effective, heavyduty corrosion inhibitor package. Chevron HDAX 50/50 Coolant as purchased gives

  • freeze protection down to minus -37°C (-34°F) and boil over protection to 129°C (265°F) with a 15 lb. pressure cap. This product needs no pre-charging with supplemental coolant additives (SCAs).
  • Chevron HDAX 50/50 Coolant is compatible with other traditional and pre-charged, low silicate antifreezes

Applications

Chevron HDAX 50/50 Coolant is specifically blended for use in stationary engines using various fuel sources and for on-road and off-road heavy duty diesels. This product meets the requirements of TMC RP329 and ASTM D 6210 for heavy-duty diesel service.

Note: This product is not to be used to protect the inside of potable water systems against freezing.
