Solder Replacement
RoHS Compliant Adhesives for Solder Replacement
Master Bond offers RoHS compliant, electrically conductive systems to replace lead soldering. These epoxy and silicone adhesives offer low volume resistivity, low outgassing and high temperature resistance.
Lucas-Milhaupt BRAZE 716 (VTG) Grade 1 Silver Based Cadmium Free Filler Metal  (discontinued **)
Categories: Metal; Nonferrous Metal; Precious Metal; Silver Alloy; Solder/Braze Alloy

Material Notes:

Characteristics: Braze 716 is a nickel modified silver copper eutectic filler metal. The addition of nickel renders this alloy somewhat more sluggish in flow characteristics than the eutectic composition but improve the wettability on ferrous alloys.

On either silver, nickel, or copper base alloys Braze 716 exhibits a decrease in fluidity and an increase in remelt temperature, after brazing, due to the solution of some base metal in the filler metal.

Specifications: This filler metal conforms to the following specifications: AMS 4766, AWS A5.8 BVAg-8b, Grade 1
