Ensinger PEI
ExxonMobil Unirex PF 500
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant; Perfluoropolyether (PFPE)

Material Notes: Formulated with perfluoropolyether that has been thickened with a non-organic polytetrafluoroethylene, UNIREX PF 500 is a long-life, severe-service grease for bearings, valves, seals and other applications that require excellent film strength at high temperatures.

Developed for single-facer heated roll bearings in a corrugator, UNIREX PF 500 has proved to be excellent for a wide variety of demanding high-temperature applications, including those found in the textile, steel, aluminum rolling, automotive, aerospace and forest product industries. UNIREX PF 500 is compatible with other PFPE/PTFE greases, but should not be used with common mineral or synthetic greases. UNIREX PF 500 is compatible with most common seal and gasket applications (Viton, Butyl, Neoprene and Buna N).
