Material Notes: For use in tough, certified compostable film and bag applications. Mvera B5010 offers a wide range of attractive traits—excellent tear and puncture toughness, excellent seal strength, good printability, translucency—while still processing easily on conventional thermoplastics equipment. Mvera B5010 is designed for the compostable bag and film market where industrial composting is available. Potential uses include blown and cast film applications for industrial can liners, retail bags, organics and yard waste collection bags. Mvera B5010 is certified by Vinçotte to meet EN 13432 composting standards.

Telles is a joint venture between Metabolix and Archer Daniels Midland Company.
